phone number, and your
State resale number. I ship by UPS ground to the
lower 48 US states, and other methods to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally.
UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. Your phone number is required to help
UPS deliver the package in the event of a confused driver or an error in the
address (generally typos). There is no minimum order. There are no
"first purchase" conditions. I no longer take any credit cards. You will
be invoiced (in the box) for the
purchase, handling ($1.00 - the box and tape), and exact UPS ground shipping
charges. 50 units weigh 16 lbs.
